Any cancellations to the order must be requested before 24 hours of the scheduled delivery time to qualify for a refund of the paid amount. Refunds will not be issued once the 24-hour delivery window begins.
To request a cancellation, send an email to care@mcourier.live with the subject line "Cancellation Request" and include the following details:
Cancellation requests will be processed after receiving the formal request at care@mcourier.live. Refunds will be credited to the same account from which the payment was made and may take 7 to 10 working days to reflect.
Refunds will be issued under the following circumstances:
Refunds are only applicable in cases of service failure. Our team will assess whether an order qualifies for a refund, and the decision of our management will be final. Refund amounts will not exceed the total amount paid by the customer.
A 20% charge will be applicable for order cancellations.
Discounts or exemptions applied to the order cannot be claimed for a refund.
Any excess amount credited to the mcourier.live account may be used for order enhancements but will not be eligible for a refund.
mcourier.live reserves the right to make final decisions on all matters concerning cancellations and refunds.
